How can you pay so much more?
This has a three-part answer:
First, everyone gets paid the same way with eXfuze. The people who run the company are busy building their own downlines and are paid according to the same compensation plan used to pay your commissions and bonuses. This allows the company to allocate much more to the field. Most network marketing companies pay around 40-45% in actual commissions to the field. eXfuze allocates 70% back to the field. At eXfuze, everyone earns the exact same way!
Second, eXfuze has a commission trust account visible to all Distributors. We put 70% of all commissionable volume into that account and let it accumulate if commissions are not paid out. This is really important to do in a binary plan, although many binary companies do not. Most companies have strategies to create breakage, which is kept as company profit. Third, eXfuze has a stop gap rule.
